ARGENTINE TANGO Group classes in person are back!
The day had come! The group classes are finally restarting and we cannot hide the excitement of having all of you back! Seeing you again and checking if that Tango survived in you! And how we can dig it out, bring it back to the surface, and make it even better than before!
So far, there are close to 40 people registered for the 4 classes we offer! Which is truly amazing! For those who are joining this first session after COVID - we thank you for trusting us!
For those of you who will not be around,
we want to share few thoughts.
1. DO NO FEEL GUILTY! We know and understand that if not for COVID you will be here. We understand that you are afraid of Delta, choose not to vaccinate, have conditions that weaken your immune system and make you more at risk or have a loved one that protests your Tango eccentricity.
2. DO NOT LET YOUR FOMO GET OVER YOUR GUT FEELING. Your guts know better. They are connected to your highly developed Tango brain that you have already trained for years. If you feel it’s not the time – that means. – it’s not the time! Listen to what your body says.
3. WE STILL LOVE YOU! We feel what you feel and we understand!
4. WE PROMISE - we will still be here waiting for you when the madness goes away!
For those who are curious - how it's all gonna be…
Here are few pointers:
1. The gym is GIGANTIC! High ceilings! No - John, Charles, Martin, and Jim - you cannot support yourself on the ceiling during pivots! HA!
2. It is sooooo huge that there is even some echo. Pretty funny.
3. We are still teaching two classes at the same time and there are no curtains. So please be patient with us, others, and yourself.
4. Everyone present is VACCINATED!
5. As of today masks are required indoors, but that might change. So let's be optimistic.
6. You can ALWAYS wear your mask if you feel e it. IN FACT - we will gift you a fancy bandana with the Ultimate Tango logo. You can wear it on your neck!
7. There is NO FOOD allowed inside.
8. There is PLENTY of FREE parking right in front of the school.
